Dean Rindy has been lead strategist and media consultant for scores of campaigns across the country. Dean is known for his ability to frame issues and candidates with evocative images and compelling language, and has been repeatedly recognized for his innovative work in political communication. He’s been a trainer and guest speaker at seminars and workshops on media and campaign communication, both nationally and internationally. He has assisted candidates, mayors and legislators in speech writing, directed prize winning TV and radio ads, and produced short and long form videos for public interest groups.
Dean has received numerous “Pollie”, “Addy” and “Telly” awards for political advertising. He’s also won a “National Merit Award” for environmental communication and the prestigious NATOA Award for work he did related to Google and the city of Austin.
Dean is a co-founder of the Texas League of Conservation Voters. He began his career as a newspaper reporter for the Houston Post and Austin American Statesman and went on to serve in staff positions in both city government and the Texas Legislature. He has served on the City of Austin Planning Commission and the city’s Waterfront Overlay Board and has been active in civic life. Dean holds a B.A. in History from the University of Texas.

Cynthia Miller is an award-winning executive level strategist, manager, and director of national advertising and marketing campaigns. She excels in persuasive writing, ad-making, and media buying strategy. Cynthia also has excellent people operations, business, and public outreach / public relations skills.
Cynthia began her career as an undergraduate at Harvard University, through public communications programs at the Kennedy School. She worked in communications on Capitol Hill, the Housing Division of New York City, and the Texas Legislature.
Cynthia opened her own communications consulting firm in Houston, Texas, and began working nation-wide to develop winning messages and communications strategies. She and Dean Rindy merged firms (and lives) in 1997, creating Rindy Miller Media.
Working with clients as diverse as the first openly gay Mayor of a major US City (The Honorable Annise Parker), to elected officials in Deep Red State Oklahoma, to The United Way, Cynthia has used her attention to message and research, passion for story-telling, and understanding of music, words, and emotion, to create successful persuasion campaigns.
Cynthia has debated regularly on Fox News, taught multiple seminars, and is widely recognized for strong writing and editorial skills. Her essay, Mother Russia, was one of hundreds selected for national performance in the Listen To Your Mother Show, 2013. Cynthia has been featured in multiple publications, including Austin Woman and Ladies Home Journal.
Degrees include a B.A.with honors in American History and Literature, from Harvard University, and a J.D. from The University of Houston, where she served on the Law Review.
Her proudest achievement, of course, is her children: two amazing little girls she and Dean adopted from Russia.
